What we promise, and where limits apply.

What is covered

  • We process uploaded files and deliver export files when the import and review state are usable.
  • We support the workflow: upload, review, export, install, and basic troubleshooting.
  • This does not include enterprise font testing across every third-party application.

What is not covered

Third-party app behavior can vary. If a font looks correct in one app and not another, this is usually an application or system cache issue rather than file corruption. We provide guidance, not guaranteed cross-app rendering.

Service support details

  • Bug or issue: include steps taken and one sample export.
  • Rendering issue: include where the font appears wrong and one screenshot if possible.
  • Policy clarifications: email support will reply with direct steps and next checks.
