What we store
- Upload images are sent to the server only to analyze glyphs and generate font output.
- The current working font, analyzed source uploads, detected source squares, scan previews, and review state are saved locally in your browser.
- When you sign in and save a project, Tracey stores the project name, designer name, source upload records, detected source squares, traced glyph rows, metrics, warnings, and account email on the server.
- Saved scan previews and glyph reference images are stored as protected project assets rather than being embedded inside project or glyph JSON. Signed-in users receive those assets only through authenticated Tracey asset routes.
- Payment checkout is handled by Stripe when live billing is configured.
- You can delete a generated file from your local device after export.
- We do not use handwriting strokes for unrelated advertising profiles.
Your controls
- Delete local files from your computer when no longer needed.
- Clear browser site data if you want to remove the locally saved working font.
- Use the account area to review or delete saved projects.
- Keep strong, private file names for shared folders.
- If you want, request data cleanup support from our help team.
Contact
- Request a privacy question, and we will reply with clear steps.
- Use support contacts listed in your account area or documentation.
